Dynamo are on a roll in the KHL (the Kontinental Hockey League, Russia's top league), and this time they did it without their head coach.

The team beat the Shanghai Dragons 3:2 in St. Petersburg. That makes it three wins in a row for Dynamo in the league.

Dmitry Zugan was the hero of the night. He scored twice and put Dynamo in control of the result.

There was one big absence on the bench, though. Head coach Tambiev did not travel with the team and stayed in Moscow.

The Shanghai Dragons, a Chinese club that plays in the KHL, pushed Dynamo to the end and lost by a single goal. For Dynamo, the key number is three: three games, three victories.
